RUDDER TROUBLE CAUSES BRISK TO Motorship Brisk, Capt. Andrew Knutson, arrived at the upper City float at 4 o'clock this morning. The Brisk, enroute from Seattle to the halibut fishinz banks to the west- ward, developed rudder trouble which left her almost out of control about an hour’s run from Cape Sirait, and he put in to Juneau for repairs. Capt. Knutson sold his last catch of 35,000 pounds of halibut—the limit —at Seattle for 8% and 7% cents.
