Sounds like a good idea, doesn’t it? Well, the season pass may be yours—if you'll help. The Empire select two All-Star basketball teams. ! Here's how you can win: The Empire wants Juneau to| vote on two All-Star bs\.skelhall} teams, based on the first half of play in the City League which will be ended tomorrow. All of Juneau —men, women, and children—is in-; vited to vote for its favorite stars. And to the lucky person that correctly names the two honor squads—first and second teams—as selected by the voters, The Em- pire will present a free pass to all | City League games in the next|™ ‘half, which starts in January. It doesn't cost anything to par- | ticipate in this contest. The rules are simple. Here they are: | 1. Simply fill out the Bas- | ketball Centest Ballot which is printed elsewhere in this issue. | Select on your first team the five best players of the league in their correct positions. On | your second team, mans: the | next five best players. Use any players on any of the seven teams in the league. Sign your name to the ballot and mail or bring to The Empire office be- fcre midnight, Saturday, De- cember 22. 2. You may vote as many time: as you wish— the more times, the better chance your selections will have. Be sure to sign your name to each vote.
