POWER RATE ~ DISCUSSED BY COUNCIL A. E. L. and P. Asks Heat- er Charge Change—Pub- lic Discussion, December A request received some tim ‘ ago by the City Council that the Alaska Electric Light and Power! Company be given permission to} remove flat rates on electric heat ers and place such heaters on meter rates during the summer months, as is now done in winter months, was discussed last night by the City Council at its second November meeting This question wa fore the €ouncil at a October and was set porarily.
