Congressman Albert Johnson of Washington, Chairman of the House Immigration Committes and regarded generally as ome of the leading spokesmen in Congress for the Pacific Northwest, has announced his unequivocal oppostiion to the proposed glant consolidation plan of the three great “Hill” roads, the Great Northern, Northern Pacific and the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy.
