L. Scott, Presldent of the Canada Sonthern Rallroad, John F. Tracy, ex-President of the Chleago & Rock Island Rallroad; Abram B. Daylls, broker; ¥. W, Tows, Secrotary of the Chicago & Rock Island, ox-Gov. Curtin, of Penne sylvania, and 8 number of others, for the recovery of suma aggregating $1,500,000 alleged to bothe amounts of margins due by the parties named on Northwestern common stock, which Kennedy & Co. were earcying for them up to Wednenday last, Harvey Kennedy says, In regard to the suits, that, soma monthe ago, the partics named formed a pool for bulllng Northweatern common atock.
