Although the bridge over the Badwater river at Bonneville on the Wind river canyon road Is still con- spicuous by its absence, the low condition of the water in the river at the present time make it perfectly safe to effect a crossing, with the ass'stance of course of the team provided by the State Highway de- partment at this point. Those contemplating a trip to the oll fields on Sunday, must bear in mind of course that there is a lengthy~ detour on the Salt Creek road around the new paving op- erations, but that it is in good con- dition, and unless it receives an un- flue amount of travel should remain In A-l shape all summer. Casper mountain road is now le accessible to automobiles, and with a little dragging and mainten- anee work on the part of county road crews will prove one of Cas- per's most popular summer high- ways.
