D. 1924, there was feed by the City Council of the ity of Casper a resolution of in- tention to improve by grading, paving, constructing curbs. and other incidental work, the follow- ing streets, to-wit: ‘ark Street from the north line of East Second Street to present avement at south curb. line of ast Yellowstone Highway; Grant Street from the north line of East Second Street to south line of East Railroad Avenue; Whereas, No remonstrances or objections to said improvement having been filed with the Clerk of the City of Casper, in the man- ner and within the time provided by law, now therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CASPER: Section 1. That a paving and improvement district to be known as Paving District No. 41 is here- by created within the City of Cas- per, State of Wyoming, which dis- trict is hereby formed for the pur- ose of improving by grading, pav- ing and other incidental construc- tion of the above described streets and parts of streets. That the amount to be assessed against the separate lots, tracts and parcels of land within said district shall be estimated and ap- portioned in the manner and in ac- cordance with Section 1984 of Wyoming Compiled Statutes of 1920.
