Makes the Following Statement and Promises--- He will work for a permanent WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM. We know he understands our water prob- lem and how to correct it. He is a trained chemist and physician and the director now of a large business. He will never viclate the State law by allow- ing City Bonds to be sold for Less Than 100 Cents on the Dollar. He has not served on the City Council dur- ing the past two years and in no sense could he be held accountable for their deeds or mis- deeds. ; ; He will not support the wrecking of the present $100,000 City Hall. He has nothing but good to say of every other candidate running for the office of Mayor. He and his friends want to congratulate Mr. Durham, Mr. Loy and Mr. Pettingill and the Newspapers of Casper on the clean campaign which is now drawing to a close. Answering Mr. Durham and Mr. Pettingill’s recent letters to the Voters: We believe that Dr. O'Donnell is as able to serve this City as its business head as is a law- yer or a tailor. He will hire these tradesmen when needed in Civic Problems. His training along business lines has been equally as broad. We believe that the knowledge Dr. O’Don- nell has gained from several years’ exper- ience as Health Officer will be of inestimable Independent Candidate for Mayor Dr. J. F. ODONNELL value to you, if he is elected our next Mayor. We know he has made a success of his own business. We know he will guard the city finances carefully and well. We know he will make improvements along conservative lines; guarding the poor man from excessive taxation, yet ever watchful of his health and comfort. We know he will clean up any inefficiency that might exist in any City Department and stand ready to fight for his men when under fire, if they are in the right. We know he is not being supported for of- fice by any political clique, organization, news- paper or otherwise. If elected he will be a free lance, and he will be the MAYOR of Casper---not someone else. We know he will give us a clean and impar- tial administration; fairness to all regardless of creed, color or race. He will treat all as Amer- We know he will insist on the same sort of law enforcement for the rich and poor alike. We know he has no axes to grind and no personal grievances to satisfy. We know that anything he ever started to do, he did. We have known him for ten years and know his word is as good as his bond---So does any bank or business man in town---ASK THEM!
