PACE TWO. 4 zx de Casper Daily Cribune er MONDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 1923 ° RO TO THE VOTERS OF "CASPER Mr. Durham Is Pledged to the Following Program [ESS 5 a ZS A =A 2 yy ST = yy Sy TAT i 24 i > He will be impartial---no favoritism on account of religious creed, political affiliation; race, color or worldly wealth. : He will support rigid economy in the expenditure of city funds without curtailing any nec- essary improvements wanted and endorsed by the citizenship. He has no association with any large corporation, inimical to the interest of this commun- ity, no obligations to any special interests or political groups. He stands for progress in municipal development---but progress made upon a substantial business basis only. ¢ Mr. Durham is exceptionally well qualified to carry out such a program. He has made of himself a successful business man as well as a finished lawyer. His integrity is unquestioned, - And other substantial reasons are: . His extensive business experience and association with public matters. His legal attainments and his successful practice of the law, most valuable in the making of city contracts involving large expenditures. His keen interest in securing honest and competent city government, because of his own- ership of both improved and vacant property, and his personal interest in the development of the city along sane and economical lines. His familiarity with public works and administration of public affairs.’ These are the reasons why we, ourselves, are for Mr. Durham for Mayor, and why we ask 4 you, Citizens of Casper, who are in the same identical situation, to join us for our mutual inter- est, in our effort to elect him. We ask you to calmly and without bias weigh the qualifications of Mr. Durham and all oth- er aspirants for the office of Mayor and then let your own conscience be your guide when you mark your ballot on Nvember 6th.
