Wehave promised them a right of way provided they will build a depot and side tracks in our city and we are assured that they will do this. What Does This Mean For Mills? Once you look at the map we don’t think it requires further explanation, but as to how large and prosperous Mills will become is beyond our comprehension. The larg- est industry in the Rocky Mountain region will be absolutely hemmed in by great rail- road systems, with Casper located on the East and Mills on the West. Mills is ideally located in more ways than one. First—The laboring man will be close to his work. Second—Mills has ample acreage surrounding it for expansion. Third—Our great refineries are growing every day and therefore cannot help but - increase the value of property in Mills. Fourth—As to a healthy location, it cannot be beat. We are above the dust and smoke which comes from the refineries, and when it comes to our drinking water there is only one active water supply which excells ours and that is Hill Crest Spring Water, but they have to deliver it to the good people of Casper by trucks, and let us say right here they are working practically day and night and can hardly supply the demand. Why? Did you note in the Casper Daily Tribune, just a few days ago, what Mr. R. E. McDonald, consulting engineer, said before the Casper Chamber of Commerce? “That Casper’s water is much harder than the water found in MOST other cities of the United States. IT IS 461 PARTS HARDNESS, and do you know that cities where the water is 150 parts hardness is considered to be very bad? Why take a chance? You and your loved ones can live where you have exactly the same opportunity to make a living by buying a lot and living in Mills. You would have some excuse for not living in Mills if lots down there were selling at from $1,000 to $1,500 each. BUT THEY ARE NOT being sold by us at these figures. Present Prices of Lots in Mills Are $400 and $450 Don’t hesitate and be sorry that you did not grab thi , the BIGGEST LOT BARGAIN that is being offered you today. . hate oo ae __ Just think, only the very small sum of $25.00 down and $10.00 a month will place this wonderful opportunity in your grasp. : Come out and we will be glad to show you, and when you come we know rou ill buy, and when you buy we know you will be pleased and satisfied. fi i Satisfaction Guaranteed.
