The plaintiff as- serts in his petition that his wife has held a position !n Lincoln, Neb., for several years past and has re- peatedly refused to give it up and give her attention to forming home surroundings which he thinks are the {deal of married life. The plain- tiff also asserts that several times in that perio® he has had opportu- nitles.to better himself in a busi- ness way outside of Lincoln but that his wife has refused to give up her job and go’ with him. One of these opportunities, according to the suit, was in Saskatchewan, Can- ada and the plaintiff says that he was in a position to become inde- | pendently wealthy there. His wife refused to move and after suffering the inconveniences of a bachelor’s existence for several years he gave up the proposition. ‘The couple were married July 23, 1906 and have no children. Molvina Summers has filed suit for divorce from Clifton Summers, alleging cruelty. The couple were married November 1, 1917, at Little- ton, Colo., and have two children. The plaintiff seeks custody of the children, temporary and permanent alimony, attorney's fees and costs. Winnee Perrott is asking for a divorce from Joseph B. Perrott on the grounds of failure to provide. ‘The couple were married January 28, 1920.
