Bourquin on Friday in wustaining of the demurrer of Attor- ney General Wellington D. Rankin to the action of the Continental Oil com- pany and the Mutual Ci! company in- volving the one cent gallon gasoline tax paid by them to the state be tween January 1, 1920, and March 4, 1920. The state legislature passed ii- cense tax of one cent per gallon on all gasoline sold in the state, the Measure not becoming a law until the adjournment of the session of the legisiature March 4, 1920.
