In the anticipa- tion of the collection of special as- sessments for the improvement of the streets and portions of streets in aare District No. 14 in the City of Casper, Wyoming, and for the purpose of raising money for spe- cial improvements, improvement bonds of the City of Casper shall be issued and sold to the amount of One Hundred Sixty Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-six Dollars and Sev- enty-one Cents ($160,556.71), or so much thereof as shall be necessary for the payment of the grading, construction of pavements and other improvement incidental to the pav- ing of said Paving District No. 14, which bonds shall be payable only|er wut of the funds derived from spe-| ani cial assessments for the improve- ments in Paving District No. 14 levied, assessed and collected in pur- suance to law, and each of said bonds shall specify the. improve- ments for which said bonds are is- sued, and that said bonds are pay- able out of the funds derived from special assessments.
