Charleston, West Va., April 25.— Ten miners were imprisoned in the Cabin Creek mine at Kayfort to- night {n a mine explosion. Four of the number managed to reach the surface in an injured condition. Zentner, wife of the presi- dent of the Joplin brewing company, has filed a $30,000 scandal suit againet George W. Keller, one of the _ wealthiest citizens of Joplin. In_her petition Mrs. Zentner alleges that Keller uttered false and defamatory words regarding her moral char- acter. Keller and Zentner were both members of the Joplin brewing com- pany.
