IN MOURNING: Government Dignitaries to Ac- company Dern's Body to Salt Lake City Washington, Aug. 28.—(P)—Cabinet | Officers and other government digni- | taries arrived Friday to join President | Roosevelt in a mourning journey to} Salt Lake City for the last rites next Tuesday in honor of the late George Henry Dern, secretary of war. The funeral train will leave Wash- Ington Saturday afternoon immedi- ately after services to be held in the Mount Pleasant Congregational church under plans worked out today by the war department and members of the Dern family.
