Moved by Swanson and seconded by Lein that the Board accept $142.21 as full payment of taxes for the years 1990, to 1933, Inclusive, on BEX of Roll call: All members voting aye. On Roll Call all mem- bers were present. ‘The Board heard the report of the Relief Committee and held several other hearings; additional bills were examined, Moved by Commissioner Swanson and seconded by Commissioner Tied- man that the following resolution be adopted: RESOLUTION WHEREAS, a copy of resolution passed by the Board of County Com- missioners of Stark County, North Dakota, fequesting, that the family of Herbert McKirdy of said Stark County, North Dakota, consisting of ten child- ren and his brother-in-law, be moved to the City of Bismarck, in Burleigh County, North Dakota, has been pre- sented to this Board here, and VHEREAS, it is virtually impor- sible to secure adequate shelter and accommodations for many legal resi- dents of Burleigh County within such County, and in particular in the City of Bismarck, and WHEREAS, hundreds of residents of said Bismarck are now and have been for many months last past un- able to secure employment herein, ni ai WHEREAS, the public schools of ly _congest- ed and that any further over-crowding will work a hardship on the children attending sald schools, NOW, THEREFORE, It is hereby resolved that the request of said Board of County Commissioners of Stark County is hereby denied, and the State's Attorney of Burleigh County is hereby authorized, in the event of the removal of said family to said Burleigh County to thereupon immediately institute Court proceed- ings for their transfer back to said Stark County and for a Judgment against sald Stark County for any and all expenses necessarily incurred by aid Burleigh County because of the removal of said family to this County. ane § | "BE 17 FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be sent to the County Commissioners of Stark Coun- ty and to the Federal Relief Adm. of Bismarck, N.
