Unfavorable ‘weather conditions had a retardative influence on the sales of women’s coats, suits and millinery, but the movement of men’s clothing and fur- nishings was enlarged, while demand for shoes, furniture, rugs, housewares, hardware, paints, farm implements and automobiles more than offset any slack that appeared in the apparel di- visions.” Bismarck Woman Dies At Home in Minnesota ‘Mrs. Elizabeth Netzbandt, wife of Ernest Netzbandt of Bismarck, died ‘Wednesday at the home of her par- ents in Waconia, Minn., according to information received here by her husband. Mrs. Netzbandt had been ill for about six weeks before her death, her husband said. She had been living with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eu- gene Klug, at Waconia for a little More than a year. She was born at Waconia 33 years ‘ago and was married to Mr. Netz- bandt at St. Paul Jan. 26, 1926. From that time until a year ago she lived in Bismarck. Besides her husband and parents she leaves two children, Catherine Mayer, 13-year-old daughter by a previous marriage, and Eugene Netz- bandt, four years old. The children ‘are at Waconia. Mr. Netzbandt expects to leave for ‘Waconia Friday night to attend fun- eral services, which have been ar- ranged for 1 o'clock Saturday after- noon. The body will be interred in the Waconia cemetery.
