Judge Jansonius set the hearing on; the appeal for 10 a. m., May 12, Forsythe Wednesday was placed un- der technical arrest by Police Chief C. J. Martineson under order of Po- lice Magistrate Edward 8. Allen. The defendant was fined $100 and $6.55 costs and sentenced to serve 30 days in the city jail last Jan. 14 for violation of the plumbing ordinance, but Magistrate Allen suspended the Sentence and fine.
