Harvey was arrested as the result of an alter- cation with another negro in which the latter was stabbed through the Peter Baker, Bismarck youth, who confessed to breaking into the West- ern company on East Main St., was sentenced to three years in the penitentiary. He was paroled into the custody of a Morton county man who will provide him with em- ployment. Sentence was deferred in the case of George Bolton, 19, who pleaded guilty to being implicated in a serics of store robberies here. Further in- | vestigation of his case will be made.
