K Help in making out their programs is being offered to women’s clubs this year by the state library on a larger scale than ever before. This is the time of year when the club women begin thinking of the subjects they will take up next year, according to Miss Lillian Cook, state librarian, and many clubs ask their members now to begin the prepara- tion of papers which will be present- ed next fall and winter. Her office is willing to supply sam- ple programs on request or to make out programs on topics selected by the various clubs, Miss Cook said. In addition the state library is offering to send out club libraries covering one or more topics in considerable de- tall, together with a monthly service for mi . Am ams already prepared by the library are the following: “Causes and Their Champions,” Modern Youth, Nature, Magazines and Ne apers, American History Through Viction, the pursuit of the Holy Grail as portrayed in art, music and literature, the development of methods of communication, The World’s great bridges together with the history. of Narth Dakota bridges, citizenship and politics.
