The victim who went to his death despite heroic efforts to the stranger tg save him, is believed to be David « Urquhart, 21, Winnipeg, a world walker. The lads who told of the death, Charles Johnson, 16, and Edward Zenlich, 15, declared they were swim- ming in the Mississippi river Sunday morning, when two men asked them if it was all right to swim there. As- sured that it wag, the men entered the water, the man telieved to have been Urquhart drowning, despite the heroic efforts of the stranger.
