G, Patterson entertained in honor of her niece, Mrs. J. B, Halbeisen of Fargo, formerly Miss Gertrude Mount ef this city. Bridge was played at four tables during the afternoon, with honors going to Mrs. Earl Draper and Mrs. Nellie Call. A guest favor was pre- sented to Mrs. Halbeisen, A luncheon course was served at the conclusion of the games. Beside the honoree, Mrs, Phil Eastman of Wilton and Mrs. Harry | Weiser of Minneapolis were out-of-| town guests. Jesephine Ulrich Is Honored At Shower Mrs. H. R. Cunz and Miss Connie Locher were hostesses Tuesday eve- ning at a kitchen shower in compli-; ment to Miss Josephine Ulrich, who} will be a bride of this month. A social evening was spent, the feuture of which was a flower guess- ing contest. Mrs. Val Yaeger and Mrs. Rose Rockwater were awarded prizes in this contest. At the ciose of the evening the hostesses served a refreshment course. A color scheme of green and white was chrried out in the table appoint- ments, while garden flowers decor- ated the rooms.
