t FRIDAY, JUNE 24, 1921 eC rae Social and Personal BISMARCK COUPLE WED, Miss Elma Mary Andrist, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Andrist, and Mr. Howard Hendrickson of Brainerd, Minn. were married at the bishop's residence, Crookston, Minn. Only im- Mediate relatives of the contracting parties were present. Mr. and Mrs. Sundquist were the best man and bridesmaid. Father Seeley officiated. The -bride’s dress was of brown erepe de chine trimmed in crushed orange. She wore 2 corsage houquet of peonies. Miss Andrist was former- ly the proofreader for the Tribune Miss Flma Andrist was a member of the Little Andrew ‘Sisters orches- tra. Miss Elma played the piano, her sister, Helen, played the violin, and her sister, Catherine, the cello. Mrs, Andrist is director of the orchestra. Mr. Hendrickson’s home is in Brain- erd, but he has a position in Bis- marck. Mr. and Mrs. Hendrickson left on a trip to the lakes, Fargo, Grand Forks and Brainerd. They will be at home in Bismarck after July 1. BiRTHDAY PARTY OR MOTHER Mrs. Clit? Johnson of 20 Thayer street gave a birthday party yester- day afternoon in honor of her mother, Mrs. ‘Mary Martineson, who celebrated her 84th birthday. Mrs, Martineson came from Denmark 34 years ago and fonr months after their arrival her husband died. There were four gen- erations at the birthday party,—Mrs. Martineson, M's. Chris. Johnson, Mrs. Joseph Kelly and Miss Angeline Kelly. Those present at the party wete; Mrs. Nell Clooten and grand daughter, Agnes, Mrs, A. Dawe, Mrs. Joseph Kelly and family, Mrs, Otto Dirlam, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hansor, Mrs. A. Christianson, Mrs. J. A. Hanson, Mrs. Peterson, and Mrs. Finnelson. MARRIED AT FARGO. Miss Edith Coleman, daughter of Mrs. Clara Coleman of Fargo and John Albert Krebshbach of Napoleon were married at St. Mary's Cathedral yes- terday morning. Rey. Father George of Napoleon officiated.
