RELIABLE” © }) WAR MOTHERS TO BE REMEMBERED BY BIG BANQUET Feed at Temple Last Night for Former Service Men and ‘ Nurses Huge Success Eclipsing all expectations the War Mothers furnished a banquet last night to all the former service men and army nurses in the city last night at the Masonic temple that was their individual and collective contribution to the Burleigh county homecoming festivities, Ever ready for “chow” the former army and navy men little realized that there was to be turkey, cranberry suuce, celery, fruit, pie and all the accesories of a real meal and when they saw the long tables heavily laden with good things to eat their joy was boundless, Mingling with the hundreds of wear- ers of the khaki and blue were many nurses wearing their natty blue unl- forms and they were greeted as com- rades by the men, The War Mothers soun had everyone served and after a blessing offered by Dr. W. J. Hutcheson those Yanks made huge piles of turkey and potatoes and all the side dishes disappear like magic. ‘There were so many men present, that it was necessary to feed them in two shifts, but the War Mothers saw to/it that everyone was well fed before leaving the hall. Some of the guests of honor besides Mr, Hutcheson were Judge A. A. Bruce, who delivered the: dedication address ‘in the afternoon, J. A, McConkey and OQ, R. Barnes of the G, A. KR, and GIRLS! DRAW A MOIST CLOTH THROUGH HAIR —_— Let “Danderine” save your hair and double . its beauty a, Oh, girls, such an abundance of thick, heavy, invigorated hair; a per- fect mass of wavy, silky hair, glori- ously fluffy, bright and so easy to manage. Just moisten a cloth with a little “Danderine” and carefully draw it through your hair, taking one small strand at a time; this magically re- moves all dirt, excess oil and grease, but your hair is not left brittle, dry, stringy orfaded, but charmingly soft, with glossy, golden gleams and tender lights. The youthful glints, tints and color are again in your hair. “Danderine” is a tonic-beautifier. Besides doubling the beauty of the hair at once, it checks dandruff and stops falling hair.
