Feed, water and watchman will be provided free. 4. The entry: fee is 25 cents for single birds, geese, tur- keys, ducks and ornamental and pet stock; 75 cents, Tor pens, Pen entries must be stated on the entry blank. 'No entry fee will be charged school children. il 5. All coops will be lur\nished free by the Association. 6. All entries must be made on blanks furnished by the secretary, and all fees sent in with entry blanks. 7. All birds must be properly leg-banded and cooped before shipped and all shipments: must be prepaid. 8, Until after judging.is completed, no- ribbons will be allowed on coops except those won at time of exhibit. 9. The Superintendent reserves the right to reject any entries. 10. Pens shall consist of one male, four females, either young or old birds, or both. The same birds that compete singly can also compete in exhibition pens, providing the regular entry fee is paid. .11. This Association will use every care and precaution in the management and care of the birds, but will;not be re- sponsible for any loss or accident by fire, theft or otherwise. 12. Any specimen showing symptoms of sickness or dis- ease will be_removed from ae fair grounds and properly cared for by the Assoédiation. | 13. Any exhibitor handling any specimen on exhibition other than his own shall forfeit all claims he may have on the premium. Exhibitors will not be allowed to change birds from one coop.to another. 14, All eggs laid during the exhibition will be collected ‘as property. of the Association and their vitality destroyad. -15.
