WILLITS SELLS TWO FARMS T0 [OWA MEN Through the efforts of E. J. Wil- 1its, two Iowa men purchased farms while in the city the past week. Lendt Paulson secured 80 acres and Charles Christianson 120 acres of good farm land. So enthused were they with the future outlook of this country that they secured an option, or rather bar- gained for, 1,280 acres more, which they expect to close up this fall. “We will be back in a month or so with four or five more land prospects,” declared one of the men before leav- ing. They came here in their automo- biles and returned home over the Jef- ferson Highway Thursday evening. They stated that nowhere on their trip did they find the roads so well marked as is the Jefferson Highway in this section. —_— BANKRUPT’S PETITION FOR DIS- CHARGE (No. 1644) In the District Court of the United States for the District of Minne- sota.
