THE BEMIIJI DAILY PIONEER SATURDAY. MAY 19. 1917. BELTRAMI COUNTY BROTHERS GROOMS IN DOUBLE WEDDING Thief River Falls, May 19.—A double honeymoon trip, on which the honeymooners will be accompa- nied by five relatives and friends has begun. The ‘“happy couples’” gave Judge N. W. Tarrant an opportunity to perform his first double wedding ceremony. The bridegrooms are brothers, Al- fred and Ernest Swanson. Alfred married Miss Mabel Smith and Ern- est’s blushing bride was Betsie Tag- land. Both men are from Beltrami county, the first girl from Marshall and the second from Pennington. The four honeymooners and five friends are on their way to Peters- burg, Alaska, where all will enter the fishing and lumbering business.
