The Crookston Daily Times says: “Crookston is not to have a new city directory next year. John H. Ley, who has gotten out the directories for this city, after a two days’ can- vass of the situation, has decided that the business to be obtained will not warrant the publication. Mr. Ley left for Thief River Falls this morning, where he has just com- pleted the compilation of a directory for that city.” Mr. Ley is well known among the business men in Bemidji, having compiled several directories for this city.
