HOW TO GET YOUR FARE BACK Persons coming to Bemidji from any of the surrunding towns to trade during the merchants’ big co-operative sale will get their fares refunded, providing 5 per cent of their purchases equals the amount of the fare or more. You can secure REFUND SHEETS from any merchant co-operating-or cut the sheet of out of this paper and take it on your shopplng trip to the stores who are in on the big Co-operative Sale. Be sure to get one before you begin your purchases. Then present it to each store where you make a purchase so that the amount may be entered upon it. .When you have finished shopping bring it to the PIONEER OFFICE where your fare will be given you in cash, providing your purchases amount to the sum required according to the above schedule. The only condition to receiving of the Railroad Fare is that the aggregate purchases reach a certain small total which will, of course, vary for the various number of miles traveled. Farmers Included as Well as Town People Fares will be refunded to all persons who come from a distance equal to any of the surrounding towns, whether by the team or rail, this will include farmers-as well as persons living in towns. The price of railroad ticket to and from any of thse places will be refunaed to all persons whether farmers or townspeople, who drive to Bemidji to trade during this big sale just as though they came by the M. &I., Soo, Red Lake, or Great Northern. For instance, a person residing in Solway, or a farmer who lives nearer that place than any other town from which fares are to be refunded, who drives to Bemidji to trade during the sale will get the price of a railroad ticket, provided his pur-. chases amount to the required sum. Amounts equivalent to railroad fares according to the distancé will be refunded to all persons coming from or near any of the inland towns, the same as if located on a railroad.
