| PERCE FRIDAY NOVEMBER 7, 1913 HARVESTER . WAR PREDICTED v o Saunsel for Alieged Trust So Informs Gourt, 8t. Paul, Nov. # —John P. Wilson smmmed up the case for the defense im the Harvester hearing in a force- . e manner. ®ollowing his address J. P. McRey- melds, attorney general of the United States, began the final argument for the government and pleaded for the Mmmediate dissolution of the combined esmpanies forming the International Barvester company. Among other things Mr. Wilson said In the closing half hour of his argu- ment: - “The vital question is whether there I8 undue restraint of trade. “The relief sought is an injunction' and a demand that the company sub- mit within sixty days a plan to restore sompetition or the alternative of a re- seéivership. “Original competition can never be restored. Some of the parties to the original combination cannot now com- pete. Physical properties have changed. “But whether this plea is granted or not, there will be in the next few years competition in these lines such s the world has never seen. A war s now on, not only in agricultural im- plements, but in harvester lines which Is going to be the fiercest ever known. “It seems to me that the govern- ment would not have brought these tharges if it had ‘known these facts.” PLANS TO COLONIZE LANDS Blshop Koudelka of Superior Tells of Purpose atf Installation. Y. Newspaper Advertisement Points Way to Health I can truthfully say that Dr. Xil- mer’s Swamp-Root is a very good medicine, not alone for kidney trou- ble, but also for weak and sore back, as well as for rheumatism. About a year ago I became iil and unable to work, my trouble being a lame back. I read of your Swamp- Root in the newspaper and in an Almanac. Believeing it would do me good, I went to my druggist, Mr. Skin ner, and purchased a bottle. Finding relief in one fifty-cent bottle, I pur- chesed several more and in a short time was able to continue with my work and I am to-day feeling well and strong. I always recommend Dr. Kilmer’s Swamp-Root to my friends as I believe it is as good a medicine as can be found.
