Rack, the veteran logger, passed through the city last night enroute from Minneapolis to Tenstrike. Mr. Rack has taken acontract for cutting and hauling about 3,000,000 feet of logs for the Burlington Lumber company and will establish a camp about two miles east of Tenstrike which will be used by him this winter. The revival meetings now in progress at the Baptist church are developing in interest. The attendanee last night was much increased over the night before. Rev. A. E. Peterson, the pastor of the Crookston Baptist church is the speaker, Last eyening he took for his subject “The Look That Saves.” He argued that the way of salvation is very plainly stated in the Scriptures and it is so simple that all can understand it. The invitation is either of which is easily possible. But to say that salvation is to be had from a mere look to Christ upon the Cross is simpler than this, and leaves none with a suffi- cient excuse for not being a Christian. The song service to- night begins at 7:30 o’clock. HOLD A JOINT INSTALLATION Masonic Societies Plan An Event For December 27th.
