The local grounds have been put in excellent shape for the Sunday game. The diamond is considered as fast as any in the state and the outfield is in the best of condition. The Bemidji-Meclrose game Sunday is expected to be the warmest thing in the way of base ball which has been pulled off in the city during the present sea- son. Melrose is the only team besides Bemidji which has de feated the Sauk Center bunch this season, it is thought that they are the fastest amatuer team in the state outside of Bemidji.
