As stated in the report heretofore the Committee discover- ed au error of $2.00 in favor of the Association and an omission to charge a cieck of 5.00 in tavor of the Bank, which items were prop= erly corrected. The notes of mem~ b-rs charged to the Guarantee Fund as well as several others now iu arrears it 18 understood have been protected by monthly pay vouchers of the parties so in ar- rears, and it ia our belief that they will ultimately be paid, as they are given ov such terms that they can readily meet them, and several of them that haye matured haye been paid. We think that much praise is due the President of the A-soci- atiou (Col. Wm. Murrell) for the energy displayed by him in the for- mation aud management of this Association and for the great inter- est manifested by him in its con- tinual welfare.
