TRENTON, Oct. 19.—Ex-Prestdent Wilson has been deprived of his citi- fenship so far as voting privilege Is concerned, by the action of the Mer- cer County Board of Elections in de- clding to enforce the New Jersey Election Law of 1920 which provides in which he actually resides and not elsewhere.” Mr. Wilson formerly Myed tn Princeton, which 1s a part of Mercer County, and yoted in the college town even while President.
