No matter what a customer says, don’t take it personally. Forget your- self and think that you are there for one purpose—to sell and to please the customer. It is not an insult to you if she doesn’t buy. 9. When you find the customer is not going to buy, do not look glum, or downhearted. 10. Don’t be snippy. 11. Don't start at once to put things away if a customer does not buy.
