POUGHKEEPSIE, May 1%.—The Tast act of the attorneys in the Stili- aaa divorce ease, which was officially closed yesterday, was to admit a pic- ture of Guy Stillman, the baby whose paternity Stillman disclaims, The Photograph, a recent one of the boy, was given to the Referee, Daniel J. Gleason, with the consent of the at- ftorneys for both sides. Why the pic- ture was admitted to the case was aot divulged. The case is now resting on the evidence. With the closing of the case, at- torneys for the defendant have ten days to submit briefs to the Referee. Referee Gleason will have sixty days in which to decide and to file his de- cision with the Putnam County Clerk. It will then, on motion of the attor- neys, be brought before Justice Joseph Morschauser for confirmation It was believed that David N. Car- valho, handwriting expert, would be called as a witness to prove for James A. Stillman that the writing in the Jetters known as the ‘Kathithio" let- ters is that of Mrs, Anne U, Stillman.
