Cook was granted a decree of divorce to-day by Qupreme Court Justice Morschauser from George E. Cook upon evidence obtained when he Was arrested for grand larceny commit- ted in the Bronx in October last. ‘The evidence was furnished by De- tective \viiliam J. Courtney of the Bronx bureau, wm, when he arrested Cook, found him living under the name of Ziegler in an apartment at Nos. 16 And 18 Meyland Place, Manhattan, with @ woman who posed as Mrs, Ziegler.
