The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in Brooklyn, to-day in reversing a decision made by Jus- tice Callaghan, held, in effect, that shore property reclaimed from the sea belongs to the city and not to the Individual owner of the upland pro- perty. The decision virtually sets aside and declares invalid a portion of a deed to preperty in Gravesend which was drawn by Willlam J. Gay- nor, later Mayor of New York.
