Bergdoll Qgainst’ Alicn Property stodian Thomas W. Miller for the return of broperty seized by the Government as belonging to Grover C. Bergdoll, tho draft evuder, were ordered dropped, yesterday in the United States Dis- trict Court at the instance of Mrs. Bergdoll and her son, Charles Braun, formerly Charles Bergdoll. No reason was given for discon- tinuance of the actions, although Mrs. Bergoil and Braun had claimed the property, valued at close to $1,000,000, belonged to them and that Grover | Bergdoll held no interest in it. | The Alisu Property Custodian has not, however, dropted his suit to have Mrs. Bergdoll ordered to give an accounting of her fugitive son's Possessions.
