TROSLEY NAMED TOBE DISTR SUPERINTENDENT Board in Making Sch School Nomi- nation Praises Instructor for His Loyalty. Join T. Tildaley, the Ansociate Superintendent of Public Schols, who oharged he was ousted hy the Board of Fxucation on orders from the City Hall, to-day was nominated by the Boord of Superintendents to be a Dis- trict Superintendent.
