Wouldn’t you make your voice heard in the land? Wouldn't !you plead, beg, and borrow for her? Wouldn't you rally all of your friends to her support and have your friends get their friends behind your little girl and her associates? This thought in this, the second instalment of our Bulletin, only partially and very poorly sets forth the present condition of the good Sisters of Charity up at the New York Foundling Hospital. They went away from their homes and early associations, consecrated their lives to His Service and through Him to the service of little boys and girls inno way responsible for their entrance into life,— THEY HAVE MADE GOOD IN THE PAST About 70,000 men and women, once little boys and girls, owe their start in life to these good nuns and the work they founded, They want to do better in the future, to leave a heritage for their successors in this charity. BUT THEY CANNOT GO FORWARD Until every man and woman in this town decides right now that there shall be no going backward, that these patient women shall be made free from all the worry that dollars and cents have created, that the pledges they have made shall be carried out, that they shall be given a fresh start. sing It This Way Now Mr. George G.
