Paris Orchestra Not Here Yet. The Paris Symphoty Orchestra, which ‘was expected to arrive here on a French ‘warship last week fyr a concert tour tn aid of the Fourth viberty Loan under the auspices of the French High Com- mission and the Urited States Govern- ment, has not bem heard from yet.
