It Is expected that, by this means, many night workers who leave thetr places of employment before the rest of the city has awakened for the day will have a chance to enlis' The Navy Department has decided that nothing shall be left undone to stimulate enlistment and appeals for men are to be made through automo- bile tours throughout the city and brief street-corner addres by those whose experience qualifies them to tell of the advantages of naval ser- viee, There has not been as yet a very hearty response to the navy's need of aviators, The flying branch of the service requires men between the ages of twenty-one and thirty of sound body, level head, and pos- sessed of a knowledge of gasoline motors.
