The “spy” Grand Jury which ts meeting to-day in the Post Ofice| Building will hear the confession of| George Vaux Bacon, whose life was spared by the British while he was under arrest in Tower of London for espionage. While the United District Attorney's office is in possession of Government the | States a White Paper from the British Ad- miralty detailing all of Bacon's story, It was stated to-day that the Btate Department's arrangement with the English authorities calls for Bacon's appearance before a Grand Jury. Horst von der Goltz, alias Bridg- } Man Taylor, was released by the Eng- lish authorities from the Tower of London that he might appear in this country and testify against Capt.
