This tunic is made of the new taffeta, brocaded with tinsel figures in gold. Both underakirt and tunic are edged with @ fancy braid-like trimming of white and gold. A velvet rose in deep shade of du Barry pink is worn at fi} the waist, The second frock of pale blue faille displays the sleeves cut in two sections that are one of the gea- son's novelties. The bodice of this dress is veiled with white chiffon and the lower portion of the sleeves is entirely of this material, The full skirt has a deep pointed yoke over the hips and is trimmed with a nar- row band of brown fur just below the knees.
