The silent and invisible burgiar of the upper west side has been on the jf job again. He may be twins. 1 The police have been working se- i cretly for elght days comparing his work at the Washington and Douglas apartments, Seventh Avenue, between One Hundred and Twentieth and One Hundred and Twenty-first Streets, with that done by bimseif or another at Seventh Avenue and One Hundred and Fourteenth Street six weeks azo.
