Wilson’s Entry Had Little Opposition in Feature Event—Day for Favorites, (Special to The Drening Wortd,) BELMONT PARK RACE TRACK, N. Y., Sept. 16—The Nassau Selling. Stakes, the feature of to-day’e racing card, was scratched down to four starters, with Montresor the 1 to 8 favorite. Montresor won, of course, as 1 to 8 shots should, but his victory brought out Ittle enthusiasm from the crowd. Humiliation, ridden by a mite of a lad, Campbell, a gradu- ate from the Cassatt barn, shot to the front at the start and stayed there’ until well into the stretch, where Sumter, on Montresor, made his move ‘and went on to an easy victory.
