Y,, April 2— ®upreme Court Justice Arthur 8, to-day in which he sets aside the ver- @ict of @ jury which revoked the will of the late Ruth Louisa Bailey, who inherited the $5,000,000 estate of James A., Balloy, the well-known | circus proprietor. ‘The contest to break the will was brought by Mrs. Anna Isabel Hutch- celves $10,000 a year for life by the terms of the will. If she had been able to austain the verdict of the jury, which Justice Tompkins now gets aside, she would have gained $500,000 from her aiater's estate. The charge was made during the} trial that Mrs. Batley had heen in- fluenced against her sister by Joseph celves a major part of the millions under the will of the testatrix. It was also contended that because of the influence of Mr. McCaddon Mra.
