Cecilia Bridget McQuald of Lynn, Mass., Miss Ther- esa Clarey, who lives with the mother, and George Clarey, a street car conductor in Burlington. An unsigned will in which Clarey intended to give his estate to two New York women will not interfere with the rights of the family. Clarey, who was president of the James Clarey Company, bakers, at No. 9 Eighth avenue, left for the Chicago World's Fair in 1898 and never returned to his family. He lived in New York asa bachelor.
