A most palpadle wig on the poll of twenty-two-year-old Patrick Gallagher attracted the attention of Paying ler Charles Everts of the First Na- tional Bank of Jersey City when Gal- lagher sauntered in to-day and pre- ented a check for $12,000 bearing the signature of the American Sugar Re- fining Company by Henry C.
